Privacy Policy

tatlendar is an operations console for tattoo studios — calendar, client pipeline, to-dos and finance. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. We collect only what the app needs to work, and we do not sell your data.

What we collect

Account— the email address you sign in with (via Google, Apple, or a one-time email link). Used only to authenticate you and scope your studio's data to you.
Studio data you enter — clients, appointments, notes, to-dos, prices and reference details. This is your operational content; it belongs to you.
Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g. request times) needed to run and secure the service. No advertising or cross-app tracking.

How it's stored

Data is stored in our database (Supabase) and served over HTTPS via our hosting provider (Vercel). Each studio's records are isolated so other accounts cannot read them. Sign-in is handled by Google, Apple, or Supabase email links depending on the method you choose.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not track you across other apps or websites.

Your choices

You can edit or delete clients, appointments and other records from within the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will remove it.
